Token Management

Manage your extension tokens for security.

Disconnect

Click "Disconnect" in settings to remove the current token. You'll need to re-authenticate to use the extension again.

Token Expiration

Tokens expire after 90 days by default. You'll be prompted to re-authenticate when the token expires.

Revoke Tokens

To revoke a token, go to Settings → API in the SupportFlow admin and delete the token. This immediately prevents the extension from authenticating.

Draft Management

The extension automatically saves your work locally.

Auto-Save

Guides are saved locally as you work. If you close Chrome, you can resume from where you left off.

View Drafts

Click "Drafts" in the extension to see saved work. You can resume or delete drafts.

Clear All Data

Use "Clear All Data" in settings to reset the extension. This removes all drafts, preferences, and authentication. Use with caution.
