Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SupportFlow platform, websites, and APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Plans, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. New accounts may start a time-limited free trial; at the end of the trial you must select a paid plan to continue using paid features. Plan limits (including sites, seats, knowledge-base articles, and monthly AI answer credits) apply as described on our pricing page. Unused AI credits do not roll over between billing periods. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, use it to send unlawful or abusive content, or infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for the content you and your end users submit through the Service.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of the content and end-user data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. AI features
The Service includes AI-generated answers and suggestions produced from your knowledge base and ticket content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or sending it. AI answers consume credits as described on the pricing page.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, payment, email, and AI model providers). Your use of those integrations may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; certain provisions survive termination by their nature.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
